EPSO-G Invest is a company within the EPSO-G Group, where the Group owns 51% of the shares and the remaining 49% is held by the state investment company Valstybės investicinis kapitalas.
Valstybės investicinis kapitalas invests in Lithuania’s economic growth and strategic sectors through management companies, investment funds, and other financial instruments. The rights and obligations of the company’s sole shareholder are exercised by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania.
EPSO-G Invest owns 48% of the shares in Rheinmetall Defence Lietuva, which is developing a 155 mm artillery ammunition factory in Baisogala, Lithuania. Rheinmetall Waffe Munition holds 51% of the shares, while Giraitės Ginkluotės Gamykla owns the remaining 1%.
